- Minimum paid-up capital of S$1.00
- Local registered office address
- Name and relevant details of one resident director
- Company Incorporation and Application
- Creation of Bank account post incorporation
You will need to provide:
- Business Name
- Proposed Principal Activities of the Business
- Name and relevant details of one shareholder / director
If a shareholder is a corporate entity:
- Copy of the certificate of registration; and
- Current extract of company particulars from Registrar of Companies; and
- Copy of the constitution of the company; and
- A board resolution approving the incorporation of the Singapore company and the proposed shareholding
