2. 2MR applies for your Singapore Employment Pass work visa
3. Transfer directorship back to your preferred shareholder upon securing the Employment Pass
4. Relocate to Singapore and start your business

Employment Pass Filing

The Employment Pass are for professionals who have the relevant skill or experience and a recognized diploma/degree from a reputable university. Check the Criteria for Employment Pass and Check your eligibility here. 

Our service includes the following:

• Application of Employment Pass from your new company with the Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
• Development, compilation and submission of required documents.
• Status tracking with Ministry of Manpower.
• Follow-up with authorities for all required clarifications.

Documentation required from you for Employment Pass (EP) Application

• Copy of Passport (Passport must have a validity of more than 6 months)
• Copy of highest educational certificate (including mark sheets)
• Copy of specialist certificates / other professional certificates (if any)

Note that any non-English documents need to be endorsed / translated by an official Singapore translator.
